Ok, not sure what the deal is here, but an A&R got in touch with this kid, and he ended up submitting some beats. (Not) suprisingly, none of the beats were used, and this guy posts them up on his site so the world can download for free.
Not really outtakes, as Jigga never actually spit on them, but whatever
